What the fuck???

Ok Paypal requires you to have a Premier or Business account in order for your Ebay buyers to make Immediate payment to you on your auctions through “Buy it Now”! I don’t get this… Why would it matter?

Is it so Paypal can acquire further private information on you through providing more and more information about yourself? Is it so Paypal can send you that all familiar dreaded letter down the road accusing you of using your account fraudulently and that they no longer want to do business with you?

What’s the reason??
