We don’t recommend using Paypal at all but if you feel the need to use them and your old account was limited its very easy to start up another one.
The first think that Paypal will do is check your IP address against their data base. If the IP is an anonymous proxy IP you will for sure get your account limited.
The first thing you want to do is go to a bank, deposit $500 in a new savings account or $100 for a new checking account, (all banks are different) in that respect. Being that Paypal can’t verify the name and address associated with a Bank savings Account they will not be able to find out really who owns it. They can only verify the account and routing numbers of the account. So when you sign up to paypal for your new PP account use a different name and an address someone you know has in case they want to send you out a PIN number through the mail, you can have your friend get it for you and give it to you.
If you don’t want any friends or relatives getting your mail you can always modify your home address for example if you live here:
41110 Mainport Lane
Cartsville, NY 12110
You can Use:
41110 Mainport Lane Suite 1 or
41110 Mainport Lane Suite 1-A or
41110 Mainport Lane Suite A 001
and so on.
If your account gets limited, you simply call the bank and change the account number. Tell them you think someone got your account info.
Always sign up for a personal (not a business) account. There are simply more hoops to jump through with Payscum then you can imagine. I for the life of me do not know why a payment service limits itself by closing off customers/clients like they do. When you get that email from Paypal saying they have to limit your account because something on it is suspicious, this is Paypal saying, were going to try and keep your money for a while and earn interest on it because we simply don’t like the fact that your starting to make money with our service. When you make money with Paypal, funds are transfered from party to party and not Paypal, so they can’t get greedy and take more, they then limit your account in retaliation or because they want to know more about you, and when they want to know more about you, they want more information to hold against you. If you get emails from PP asking you to send in all kinds of identification such as photo ID, etc etc.. Just photoshop your ID information or simply refuse to send it. At that time they have already decided not to keep you as a customer, so there is no sense in sending them in more information to hold against you.
